Mentors' Benefits
As a mentor, you can obtain your apprentice's contributions. The higher the apprentice's unit level is, the more contributions you'll get. The contributions include Military Badge, Cores, Rose Quartz, Sapphires, Amethysts and EXP.

Apprentice's Benefits
As an apprentice, you can share your mentor's potency when he's online. His mentor level determines how much potency you can share.
The shared potency = (Mentor's Potency - Apprentice's potency) * Share Percentage.

The Share Percentage is affected by both the mentor level and the apprentice's potency. There are limits for the shared potency. If an apprentice's potency is 1, he can share 229 potency at most. But if the apprentice's potency is higher than 1361, he can only share 27 at most.
