M-Sullivan was once a big pirate. The death of his family nearly drove Sullivan mad. This former Cyndia Pirates leader recently found out his remaining son was kidnapped. If we can pursuade him to provide intelligence for us, we can eradicate the pirates more easily.

There are two ways to get to Sullivan's headquarter. There are fewer enemies but more barriers on the left path.

The right one is shorter. But there are plenty of enemies led by Sullivan's Captain Org. It is more difficult to break through.

In the headquarter, you have to face Sullivan himself.

If defeated, he will agree to cooperate with the Alliance.
